What is Mat Pilates?

Mat work Pilates involves participation in classes conducted by Pilates instructors who work closely with our physiotherapist. Our carefully designed classes improve control, coordination, strength and mobility

Attendance at Mat Pilates is casual and no initial consultation is required. We do however strongly advise that those with a history of pain or surgery attend an initial consultation with our physiotherapist.

Mat work pilates offers participants the opportunity to significantly improve their core strength and stability. However, it may not be appropriate for everyone. If you are unsure, please book an initial consultation with our physiotherapist.
